Sean Haworth had already extensively built the exterior of the alien spacecraft. After I finished the design for the ship’s engines, Sean had me start working on the exterior of the spacecraft to redesign areas and work on details. To make sure we got the right look, we did light studies of how the ship would work once it started up and took off.
